CFS PRIVACY STATEMENT
CFS recognizes the importance of privacy, security, and data protection. Moreover, applicable data protection laws give you certain rights over your personal data, no matter when or where it is being processed. This Privacy Statement informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make and rights you can exercise in relation to your personal information, including information that may be collected from your online activity and interactions you have with CFS offline.
This Privacy Statement applies to all CFS companies as well as the CFS owned website and those of our subsidiaries and affiliates (www.CFSNNN.com and its subdomains the "Site").
This Privacy Statement is incorporated within our Website Terms of Use on the Site (the "Terms"). Please note that this is a master privacy statement and some of its provisions only apply to individuals in certain jurisdictions.
It is important that you understand there is no requirement by law for you to provide CFS with your personal details – the information you share with us is entirely voluntary, and you may avoid providing certain information either by not filling in specific forms or by disabling cookies. Please note, however, that the logging of certain data cannot be prevented for technical reasons (please refer to information explaining Necessary Cookies for more information).

Caps for Sale ADABEC Inc. is a U.S. company registered in Delaware, with principal offices at 9450 SW Gemini Dr., Beaverton, OR 97008, and offers real estate platform that provides detailed information to assist real estate agents, brokers, sellers, buyers, lenders, and retailers in making informed decisions related to the purchase, sale, and leasing of national and regional retail properties, directly or indirectly through our affiliated companies (collectively, "CFS," "we," "us," or "our"). What Information We Collect; Why We Collect It; and How We Use It
Personal information or personal data is defined slightly differently across privacy laws, but it always refers to information that can be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly, such as a name, home address, email address, phone number, or even unique identifiers like IP addresses or cookie IDs.
We may collect your personal information through your use of the Site or other services or interactions with our representatives. The categories of personal information we collect from you depends on the nature of your interaction with us or on the Site, but may include the following:
Activity and System Data (Information Automatically Collected Including through Cookies)

Please note: Some web browsers incorporate “Do Not Track” features. Currently, no industry standard exists for handling “Do Not Track” requests, therefore at this time, the Site may not respond to “Do Not Track” requests or headers from these browsers.
Contact Data
You may choose to provide us with personal contact information including your first name, last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, country, company name, industry, job title or role, and other similar data and identifiers.
Payment Data
We may collect information necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud, including credit/debit card numbers, security code numbers, bank details, and other related billing information.

To access some of our services, you may first create an account. We collect user IDs, passwords, and similar security information required for authentication and access to your account and information related to your transactions with us and anything else relating to the account you create.

Job Applicant Information

Examples of other unique information that we collect from you include information you provide when you interact in-person, online, or by phone or mail with our customer support channels or chatbots on the Site, or additional information you have provided to us to facilitate your transactions with us and to respond to your inquiries.
How We Use Your Information
We collect and use personal information to manage your relationship with us and better serve you when you are using the Site and our services by personalizing and improving your experience. We use and otherwise process your data for the following business purposes:
Customer Experience
Providing you with a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate contact and registration information, delivering customer support, and communicating with you about offering products and services that might interest you. We also use your data to deliver a tailored experience and create recommendations based on your use of the Site.
Transaction Support
Assisting you in completing transactions and orders of our products or services, administering your account, and processing payments. When interacting with the chatbot on the Site to respond to enquiries, we may retain transcripts of the conversations that take place using the chatbot.
Administrative Communications
Communicating with you about the Site and our services and products. Examples of administrative communications may include responses to your inquiries or requests, communications required by law or applicable corporate updates related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Security
Maintaining the integrity and security of the Site, products, features, and services and preventing and detecting security threats, fraud, or other criminal or malicious activity that might compromise your information. When you interact with us, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, before granting access to your personal information.
Business Operations
Conducting ordinary business operations, verifying your identity, analytics, planning and strategy, corporate reporting and management, sales related activities, and quality assurance purposes (which may include monitoring or recording calls to our customer support). Additionally, human resource purposes to manage our recruitment campaigns and for scheduling and related purposes.
Marketing and Advertising
Providing informational newsletters and personalized promotional offers through e-mail, SMS/text-messages, in application marketing and third-party platforms, if you have provided consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@CFSNNN.com. In accordance with your stated communication preferences, we may also share some of your information with selected partners, marketing service providers, and digital marketing networks to present advertisements that might interest you in other sites or mobile applications.
You can stop the delivery of all marketing emails by following the "unsubscribe" link in any messages we send you. Note that if you are a registered user, we may need to contact you about administrative or service-related issues as part of the services we provide to you. This is not marketing communication, and you will continue to receive these messages even if you opt-out of marketing emails.
Compliance with Law
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and government and law enforcement requests to operate our services and products properly and to protect ourselves, our users, and our customers, and to solve any customer disputes. Information collected may also be used to investigate security incidents and potential breaches of personal information, notify individuals and third parties of the breach, and to prepare to defend lawsuits.
Service Delivery
Where automatic data collection is strictly necessary for providing the Site or delivering or purchasing a product or service that you have requested. In addition, we may use automatic data collection to support and improve the Site and support business operations relating to our services.
Account Management
When using the Site, you may create an account with us. When you create an account with your e-mail address and password, a unique identifier is created that allows you to use the same account for all our services. Depending on the services with which you are engaged, the information associated with your account may also include address, payment card information and history, and details of transaction.
Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Site. If we become aware that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.
Sharing your Personal Data
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do permit third parties to collect the personal information described above through the Site and share personal information with third parties for business purposes as described in this Privacy Statement, including but not limited to providing advertising on our services and elsewhere based on users’ online activities over time and across different sites, services, and devices (so-called “interest-based advertising”). The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Statement.
We do share your personal information with third parties to help us use your personal information, as described above. For example:
Affiliates
We may share your personal information with our affiliates, where this is necessary to provide you with our products and services and so that we can manage our business, such as to keep updated records of our users. A list of our affiliates is available at here.
Service Providers
We engage service providers to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations on our behalf. These service providers or partners are located in various global locations and may provide services such as IT services, email service providers, and data hosting. Our service providers and partners are required by contract to safeguard any personal information they receive from us and are prohibited from using the personal information for any purpose other than to perform the services as instructed by us.
Advertisers
As described above, we use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you click on an ad, whether it's on our services, the relevant advertiser will be alerted that someone has visited the page on which the relevant advertisement was displayed and may be able to identify your device by using certain technologies, like cookies. Advertisers can combine the personal data they collect independently with personal data we allow them to collect through the Site.

Change of Ownership
If we are looking to sell our company, liquidate assets, or merge with another, we may share your personal information with other interested parties as part of negotiations toward that transaction. In such case, or where we do sell our company, your personal information shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Statement, as amended from time to time.
Compliance with Law
We may share your personal information with government agencies or other relevant parties, such as a law office or independent auditor: (i) if we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety (including the enforcement of the Terms and this Privacy Statement) or those of a third party; (ii) if required by law or court order; or (iii) as is necessary to comply with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, such as audit requirements.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do permit third parties to collect the personal information described above through the Site and share personal information with third parties for business purposes as described in this Privacy Notification, including but not limited to providing advertising on our services and elsewhere based on users’ online activities over time and across different sites, services, and devices (so-called “interest-based advertising”). Data Transfers and Global Processing
The Site may be operated in countries other than your own location, and your personal information may be accessed and/or processed from and/or transferred to countries other than your own location.
Security

Database Backup
Our databases are backed up and verified regularly. Backups are encrypted and stored within the production environment to preserve their confidentiality and integrity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You use the Site and our products and services at your own risk, and you are responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (like using a strong password).
Social Media Features
We may provide social media features that enable you to share information with your social networks and to interact with us on various social media sites, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (f/k/a Twitter). Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature. Data Retention
We retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill each of the purposes we described above. When deciding how long to store personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized access, the purposes for which the personal information was collected, as well as applicable legal requirements. Please note that we may delete information from our systems without notifying you first. Retention by any of our service providers or subcontractors may vary in accordance with each business's retention policy.
In some circumstances, we may store your personal information even after we're finished using it if required to do so by law (e.g., to fulfill tax or audit requirements) or to keep accurate records of our interactions in case there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal data. Cookies and Similar Technologies
For information about how we use cookies and similar technologies, please see our Cookie Notice available at the widget link at ____________ of the Site. Cookies are small files that are saved on your computer or mobile device when you visit or use the Site. Cookies save certain settings via your browser as well as data regarding the exchange of information with the site via your browser. Analytic Tools
We use web analysis tools to obtain information about how people use the Site. These tools are usually provided by third parties. Typically, information on the use of an internet site is captured using cookies and sent to a third-party server. Depending on the third-party provider, these servers are sometimes in other countries.
We are giving you notice of the tracking technologies and your available choices regarding them so that your consent is meaningfully informed. We also may combine and share such information and other information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) with third party advertising partners.
